Please tell us something about yourself as potential puppy parents. Our puppies are precious to us, and we want each puppy to find a loving, permanent home. We also want buyers to be pleased with their decision to add a puppy to the family. Here are some questions to address in the message portion of the Application Form below. 1. Which litter/breeding are you interested in? Do you have a gender, coat color, or size preference?
2. Have you ever owned a dog and/or raised a puppy before?
3. Do you have a secure environment for a puppy; i.e., fenced yard, patio, etc?
4. Will the puppy be left for long periods alone while you work?
5. Are you committed to providing veterinary care, grooming, and training for a puppy?
6. Do you have children? If so, what are their ages?
7. Will you have your puppy spayed or neutered at the recommended age?
